TRAININGS

We provide our customers and professionals in the field with a training structured, to enhance the use ofsoftware HxGN MinePlan®. Our courses are varied and cover the skills of planning, operations and safety for a complete mine project and ensure better decision making and performance.

In the sections below, there are descriptive memorials for carrying out trainings on the platform MinePlan®.
The training will be based on the tools of the software MinePlan®, where at the end of the work, the student will be able to carry out their activities with excellence, aiming at maximizing productivity. For the perfect execution of the activities, the PROMINAS has the best infrastructure with computers and full licenses in the software (MinePlan Comprehensive License). The trainings will be carried out in the premises of the PROMINAS for a class with up to 08 students.

CODE: IMP3D

Duration: 16 hours

Investment: to be defined (values per student)

Date: TBD

Place: PROMINAS, Belo Horizonte, MG.

Type: Introductory

This course is intended for people with little or no prior knowledge of the products MinePlan®. This course will show you how to set up a project from scratch and walk you through the fundamentals of creating and manipulating data in the viewer. MinePlan® 3D (MP3D), including plotting tool configuration.

O MinePlan® 3D, is integrated with all tools MinePlan®. It has functions to create, manage, manipulate and display data from all programsMinePlan®. In MP3D there are, from geological tools for hole design, mapping and geological modeling, to tools for mine planning and waste disposal, with pit design, piles and accesses.

The training will consist of starting a project in the MinePlan® 3D and create a system to organize your project files. In addition to practicing the CAD functions necessary for geological interpretation, planning design and surface operations

Menu:

  • Familiarize yourself with the MP3D interface.
  • Import/Export Data Manager objects.
  • Create and manipulate point/polyline/surface data.
  • Edit an object's material and attributes.
  • Create and manage drillhole views and 3D block models.
  • Create layouts of plotting

Prerequisites: This is an introductory course and has no prerequisites.

CODE: MPTORQUE

Duration: 32 hours

Investment: to be defined (values per student)

Date: TBD

Place: PROMINAS, Belo Horizonte, MG.

Type: Introductory

O MinePlan® 3D, is integrated with all tools MinePlan®. It has functions to create, manage, manipulate and display data from all programs MinePlan®. In MP3D there are, from geological tools for hole design, mapping and geological modeling, to tools for mine planning and waste disposal, with pit design, piles and accesses.

O MSTorque is the database manager, which allows storing all survey information, in a simple and dynamic way, also enabling the creation of composites and verification of the entire database.

During the training, the necessary configurations to determine the items present in the database, configuration of parameters for data import, configuration of sets of compounds and tools for database validation will be demonstrated.

Next, you will be introduced to the Torque database system and learn how to create drillhole views and 3D block model views. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to manipulate the MP3D interface, manipulate CAD data in the viewer, and understand the basics of managing drillhole views and models.

Menu:

  • Familiarize yourself with the MP3D interface.
  • Import/Export Data Manager objects.
  • Create and manipulate point/polyline/surface data.
  • Edit an object's material and attributes.
  • Create and manage drillhole views and 3D block models.

CODE: MPGEOLOGY

Duration: 40 hours

Investment: to be defined (values per student)

Date: TBD

Place: PROMINAS, Belo Horizonte, MG.

Type: Introductory

Transform raw drillhole data into a 3D Block Model (3DBM) in this 5-day overview of the geology tools and methods of the MinePlan®. Start with the basics of the interface MinePlan® 3D (MP3D) and master the basic CAD functions needed to design geological structures. Build a polling database of the MinePlan® Torque using exploration data and take full advantage of Torque's MP3D integration to visualize the data. Create geological interpretations based on this information and use it to encode and interpolate a 3DBM. Finally, validate your 3DBM with advanced statistics using Sigma and report your available resources using MinePlan® Reserve.

Menu:

  • Configure new projects in MP3D and Torque.
  • Practice MP3D CAD functions.
  • Manipulate drillhole data.
  • Build geological solids from drillhole data.
  • Build and interpolate a 3DBM using composites and geological solids.
  • Sub-block overview with the MinePlan® 3D.
  • overview of Dynamic Unfolding.

Prerequisites: This is an introductory course and has no prerequisites.

The MiiNT Drill & Blast Module provides end-to-end data management for drilling and blasting operations in a mine.
Keeping track of all drill and blast information can be a complicated task, make it simple with a solution that lets you track everything from drill production to hole loading, while performing the necessary checks and balances along the way. way.

Managed data includes Buraco a Buraco project information; for the drilling and loading phase. Currently, this information is typically imported by CSV file imports. However, Hexagon has implemented several automated or semi-automated integrations with the Drill & Blast design packages. The intention in the near future will be automated integration with Hexagon's own drilling and blast design packages.

Production data captured by the MiiNT solution can then be fed back into these design packages to improve blast design or enable geological modeling.

The MiDrill and MiBlast app also allows field data capture from many of the production datasets.
