One of the most important features in HxM Blast is the ability for the user to be able to design production and pre-split holes simultaneously using substrings. This is a significant improvement to the current workflow, which will increase user productivity while improving planning and consequently lowering drilling and blasting costs!
Among the new options available in HxM Blast is the possibility of instantaneous and dynamic validations, helping and optimizing the proximity checks between holes, between different fire planes, and even custom properties created by the user, adapting his fire plane. to the reality of your mine.
The HxM Blast also provides a new feature for charging and tying the holes, the Charge, where it is possible to add explosives, delays, strings and all accessories needed to fill the holes; include values per accessory and analyze the total cost.
Another new feature is the ability to tie holes objectively with the tie Editor, where the user dictates the detonation sequence of the holes, being able to apply different delays for them. Intuitively and completely customizable, the new HxM Blast becomes flexible and adapts to the unique parameters of each mine.
The new HxM Blast enables numerous export formats, including the facility to export in a format recognized by drill rigs that have technology for reading these data and high-precision GPS equipment, which together make the drilling and blasting process totally optimized. .
The user can store HxM Blast data in a proprietary database (local) or in a SQL database, facilitating communication between MineSight products for drillhole management and mine sequencing. Once your fire plan has been designed, using an SQL database, all volumes of hole information will be automatically transferred to the MineSight Torque database, given the total integration between these tools.
HxM Blast also has full integration with MineSight Atlas, allowing planning professionals to update their activity schedule and sequencing based on future drilling plans, acquiring actual lengths, and in this way, obtaining more accurate and consistent activity times. its production reality.
