MineSight | MinePlan is the most modern geology and mine planning software on the market, it offers fast, intelligent and integrated solutions in mining projects. Widely recognized by the market, the software was chosen to be used in Jonas Carvalho Gondim's master's thesis at the University of Brasília.
Titled “Use of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) for Technical Support in Mine Planning activities and open pit mining projects”, the research focused on evaluating the technical, practical capacity and benefits of using drones in topographic survey in an open pit mining.
MineSight | MinePlan was used to study open pits and the mining plan to define the target area and thus manipulate the real 3D topography, measure length, width and areas and generate maps and virtual images.
