Hexagon MinePlan UG Full Solution

Hexagon MinePlan UG Full Solution

Did you know that the MinePlan (MineSight) Do you have complete solutions for the development of underground projects?

The tools MinePlan provide users with fully integrated solutions ranging from geological exploration surveys, implicit modeling, solutions for creating block models, economic assessments of deposits, mining design and sequencing.

Want to know more? Follow the topics below with details of the activities carried out in a project carried out by Prominas Mining fully using the tools MinePlan:

Geology

MinePlan Torque – Database Management and QAQC

O MinePlan Torque is the geological and blast database manager. Composed of tools for importing, validating, exporting and generating database reports, relational based on Microsoft SQL.

Integrated to Torque, O MinePlan QAQC is designed for geologists and other stakeholders who are concerned with sample quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC).

MinePlan GeoLogic – Implicit Modeling

O GeoLogic leverages the power of implicit modeling by sequencing surfaces and solids to create an airtight geological model. O GeoLogic allows geologists to explore multiple interpretive scenarios and build complex shapes by directly reading information from drillholes and/or sections, quickly and accurately. The tool also allows you to build a timeline of geological events to produce a series of interconnected solids and surfaces, ready to encode your block model.

Creation and management of block and Sigma models for Statistical and Geostatistical Analysis

O Model Manager allows you to create or edit the project control file (PCF), 3D block models (3DBM) – Regular, MultiOre(%) and sub-blocks, surface models (GSF) and stratigraphic models (GSM) from within the MinePlan 3D (MP3D).

O MinePlan Sigma is a package that covers statistical and geostatistical tools for database analysis, variogram generation, contact analysis, etc. And best of all, all of this is integrated with the tools for generating reports on the results obtained.

For grade estimation, the Model Interpolation Tool uses the robust interpolation mechanism of the MinePlan combined with an easy-to-use interface integrated into the MinePlan Torque. The tool is organized to guide the user through options and workflows. For model interpolation, sample data is used, which can be accessed by connecting to a database, which allows the use of a large set of interpolation routines.

MinePlan Reserve – Resource Calculations / Cubage

O MinePlan Reserves (MPReserve) is a calculation tool that can be used to generate reserve reports from solids, polygons or between surfaces directly in the Viewer in 3D, based on a block model. O MPReserves provides an easy-to-configure interface and utilizes technology Advanced Reporting and Charting (ARC) for quick and simple creation of tables, graphs and reports in various formats.

Engineering

Analysis mines Open skies vs. underground

The moment when the economics show that an underground mine is better than an open pit mine is called the Depth of Transition. To determine which method is better, a detailed study must be done using two different models – one for open pit, through the MinePlan Evaluator and another for underground, using the MinePlan Stope Optimizer. After optimizing the pit and stopes, the team has enough data to determine the Transition Depth.

MinePlan UG Tools – UG drawing tools

Fully customized tools for the design of UG projects, such as shafts, ramps, galleries, accesses, pillars, raises, as well as the typical designs of stopes, panels and/or mining blocks. O Ring Design Tool allows you to create drilling designs, in any plane or direction, carry out the loading design, issue reports and plots.

MinePlan Stope Optimizer – Optimization of Stopes (Geometries)

Integrated with our mine planning package, the MinePlan Stope Optimizer presents the industry-standard algorithm for Stopes optimization, allowing the variation of economic and geometric parameters, with a focus on optimizing the shape and values of a block model.

O Stope Optimizer It is suitable for working with many types of mineral bodies, including fine, massive and tabular veins.

The outputs (wireframes, code in the block model and reports) are suitable for use in strategic and tactical planning.

MinePlan Planner – Database, operational analysis and reports

MinePlan Planner, a comprehensive, fast and easy-to-use system for managing your ore control workflow. With it, it is possible to import or project geometry with reservations calculated dynamically and stored in the planning database of the MinePlan 3D, as well as the ability to calculate or assign user properties to standardize workflow and improve processes.

MinePlan Haulage

Used for sizing mine load and transport equipment, the MinePlan Haulage is a fully integrated tool with mine sequencing tools. If any change in mine sequencing is necessary, it is possible to know almost instantly the effect of the change in the need for equipment to carry out the proposed plan. In addition, it is possible to calculate fleet replacement due to the end of the equipment's useful life, providing replacement plans.

MinePlan Schedule Optimizer – LOM Strategic Sequencing

O MinePlan Schedule Optimizer (MPSO) is a tool for medium and long-term mine sequencing, with which it is possible to determine the most productive mining sequence. It is also possible to restrict the mining sequence to satisfy quality and quantity criteria, as well as destination capacities and economic parameters, with MultiPeriod scheduling and MultiMine sequencing.

MinePlan Activity Scheduler – Sequencing activities (LP, MP and CP)

MinePlan Activity Scheduler (MPAS) is a tool used to monitor the execution and visualization of activities, allowing the creation of schedules with dependency between activities (Gantt chart). It also offers the possibility of creating and viewing animations of mining advances used for sequencing underground and open pit mining activities.
